  • Addition of a new 'My Payments' tab to improve navigation to manage account payments and more.
  • Improved navigation layout on the 'My Profile' tab.
  • Addition of a hot button to improve direct access to manage your account.

We are constantly working to improve our self-service platform to improve your experience.


This update includes:
  • As a customer, you can request access to one or more of your accounts that you cannot see on the self-service platform 
  • As a customer, you can now update your title without having to call ActewAGL
  • You now have quick and easy access to more information on understanding your bill

Version 1.4 – 28 June 2018

We are constantly working to improve our self-service platform to improve your experience.

Customers can now set up direct debit whilst completing their moving home or switching to ActewAGL application.

The CSV download for customer with interval meters has been enhanced allowing them to see the following:
  • Stream
  • Register number
  • Register description
When a customer is making an authenticated payment through the platform they can now do the following:
  • Add a credit card whilst making a payment
  • Choose not to save a credit card to the platform whilst making a payment
  • Customers will be advised if their credit card has expired and they can update it at the same time as making a payment

Version 1.3 – 12 April 2018

We are constantly working to improve our self-service platform to improve your experience.


This update includes:
  • It is now easier to view accounts, with the ability to sort, order and manage your filters when viewing accounts.
  • Managing agents and authorised contacts are now able to manage their roles on attached accounts.

Version 1.2 – 5 April 2018

We are constantly working to improve our self-service platform to improve your experience. 


This update includes:
  • As a customer, you can provide access to your accounts to an authorised contact without having to contact ActewAGL.
  • As a non-account holder, you are able to be notified via email of a new bill with the PDF bill attached without having to access the self-serve platform.

Version 1.1 – 23 March 2018

We are constantly working to improve our self-service platform to improve your experience. 


This update includes:
  • As a new or existing customer easily register for the platform while completing a move/switch application so you can benefit from all its features.
  • As an existing customer quickly and easily take advantage of one or more of the discounts that you are eligible for under the “Offers” tab.
  • View the roles of all the authorised users on each account so you know who has access to your accounts.
  • View the discount applied to each account so you know what discount you’re on.
  • Recently closed accounts are displayed by default along with all your active accounts until they have a $0.00 balance to make it easier for you to pay.
  • Easily add a credit card while completing a direct debit application to make it easier for you to setup direct debit.
  • The ability to filter your accounts with a range of options to allow you to quickly locate the specific account(s) you’re looking for.
